"Leading up to semifinals, I (along with the rest of the team) followed the LiveWire program, and it honestly made a huge difference in how I approached training. Do I need a gym?+
A barbell, some plates and a pull-up bar covers most of it. We scale to whatever you've got — garage, box or hotel room.
What's the difference between plans?+
Standard gets you the daily crew programme — same sessions, same progression. 1-on-1 means CJ or Callum builds your week from scratch around your goals, kit, and schedule.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. No questions, no guilt trips.
I'm a total beginner. Cool?+
Absolutely. The programming scales and your coaches will meet you where you are. The only requirement is that you show up consistently.
How does payment work?+
We use PayFast — card, EFT, or instant payment. Billed monthly on the date you sign up. VAT included.
